Pedro Esteves

Pedro Esteves is an actor, director, and screenwriter, best known for his work as a screenwriter for the Porta dos Fundos channel, where he worked for 8 years, developing hundreds of sketches and web series. With the channel’s expansion to Mexico in 2019, Pedro also began supervising scripts and the creative team at the Spanish branch.

In addition to his credits as a screenwriter for the channel, Pedro Esteves has also written scripts for various advertising campaigns for major brands such as iFood, Santander, Ipiranga, Piraquê, Antarctica, Oi Fibra, among many others.

In 2022, he launched “Harina” on Amazon Prime Video, Mexico, his first streaming series where he is the creator and screenwriter. With two hugely successful seasons, “Harina” was the second most-watched series on Amazon Prime in Mexico in 2022 and ranked in the top 5 in several countries across Latin America and in the United States.

In 2025, Pedro released the short film “O Experimento,” in which he acts and serves as screenwriter and director. The film began its festival circuit, marking a new authorial chapter in his career.

He has also written two feature films in Mexico, “Las Reinas Magas” and “El Reencuentro,” both currently in pre-production.

For 2026, he is preparing to release a second short film and a vertical drama, original projects in which he also serves as screenwriter and director.
